The cloth‑over‑board cover feels wonderful in my hands, giving it a sturdy yet comforting feel every time I pick it up. It includes both book titles and chapter headings, which is something I always look for, and the single‑column layout makes reading smooth and easy on the eyes. One of my favorite features is the journaling space along the side of each page. It’s perfect for notes, reflections, or artwork, and the page thickness is noticeably better than many other Bibles I’ve used. The pages are thick enough that text doesn’t show through easily, which makes writing and reading far more enjoyable. The words of Christ are in red, a must for me, and they stand out beautifully. This Bible also has a comfortable lay‑flat design, so there’s no fighting the book while reading or studying. It stays open exactly where you place it, which makes journaling and extended study sessions so much easier. Some reviewers mentioned receiving copies with wrinkled pages, but I must have been one of the lucky ones. My Bible arrived in perfect condition with no flaws at all. It’s also the ideal size for tabbing, as you’ll see in my photos. In my opinion, this Bible truly has it all, quality, readability, journaling space, and a beautiful design that feels premium from the moment you open it. Review: Great Bible for the Price! - I really like this Bible. The leather cover feels premium (even if it's not real leather), the font is a good size and comfortable on the eyes, and the margins are lined for note taking. At first, I was unsure how I would feel about the lined margins and column text, but it really looks nice. This is a high quality Bible and perfect for anyone who already takes notes in the side of their current Bible (like I did) without a dedicated space. I will say, this is NOT a study Bible. It does have cross-references and what is different between NKJV and the older manuscripts, but no synopsis before each book or maps or anything like that. It doesn't claim to be a study Bible, and I am rather fond of the text-only nature of the book aside from the footnotes at the bottom. The pages are a little thin for my liking, but not so thin I feel the need to complain about it. The text is still perfectly legible and I see no bleed through. Overall, this is a very nice Bible at a great price. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #3,697 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #5 in Illustration and Graphic Design #9 in Journal Writing Self-Help #17 in Spiritual Meditations (Books) | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 5,035 Reviews | ## Images ![NKJV, Journal the Word Bible: Reflect, Journal or Create Art Next to Your Favorite Verses (Cloth over Board, Blue Floral, Red Letter, Comfort Print): Reflect, Journal, or Create Art Next to Your Favorite Verses - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91dIhyI864L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Media Format** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Beautiful NKJV Bible That Truly Has It All *by S***A on October 7, 2026* NKJV Journal the Word Bible – Review I absolutely love this Bible. The leather cover feels premium (even if it's not real leather), the font is a good size and comfortable on the eyes, and the margins are lined for note taking. At first, I was unsure how I would feel about the lined margins and column text, but it really looks nice. If you enjoy journaling in your Bible or writing notes alongside Scripture, this is a really lovely option. The floral cloth-over-board cover gives it a very elegant and sturdy feel. It looks delicate and pretty, but it’s actually quite durable and holds up well with regular use. The design itself is just gorgeous and feels special every time you open it. Inside, the pages are a soft off-white tone, which is much easier on the eyes than stark white paper. The Bible also includes two satin ribbon bookmarks—one a deeper mauve and the other a lighter pink—which add a really nice touch and make it easy to keep track of different passages or study spots. One of the standout features is the wide journaling margins. There’s about two inches of space on the side of each page, which gives plenty of room for writing notes, prayers, reflections, or cross references. The font size is on the smaller side, but it’s printed very clearly and is still easy to read. The words of Jesus are printed in red, which many readers appreciate when studying the Gospels. The paper quality is also very good for a journaling Bible. It’s a bit thicker than typical Bible paper, and so far I haven’t experienced any bleed-through when using Diversebee highlighters or Mr. Pen highlighters. I haven’t tested ink pens yet, but I would recommend sticking with something like micron pens, which are usually very safe for Bible pages. Overall, this Bible feels beautiful, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys slowing down with Scripture, writing notes in the margins, and creating a personal study Bible they can treasure for years. ## Frequently Bought Together - NKJV, Journal the Word Bible, Cloth over Board, Gray Floral, Red Letter, Comfort Print: Reflect, Journal, or Create Art Next to Your Favorite Verses - Mr. Pen- Bible Tabs, 75 Boho Theme Laminated Tabs for Women and Men, Study Bible Index, Book Labels - Mr. Pen- Aesthetic Highlighters and Pens No Bleed, 12 Pack, Pastel Color, Black Ink, No Bleed Highlighters for Bibles --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/65249580-nkjv-journal-the-word-bible-reflect-journal-or-create-art](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/65249580-nkjv-journal-the-word-bible-reflect-journal-or-create-art) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
