Q: Whats the difference between the original Vanilla and the New Vanilla?

We recently updated our Keto Meals to decrease the total calories (250 down to 180 calories) while increasing the ratio of calories from fat (68% up to 75%). This necessitated working with new ingredients in order to maintain our great tasting shakes while improving the nutritional profile. Thus, you might notice a few different ingredients, but overall a very similar ingredient profile including natural flavors, coconut and MCT oils, as well as protein from milk. We know many of our customers use Keto Meal as a replacement for traditional breakfast, and so we have continued to fortify the powder with a good blend of vitamins and minerals.

Q: Can i use this for multiple meals in a day?

We only suggest replacing one of your meals with our Keto meal.

Q: Does powder consistency vary per container?

I did not like it at all. I throw it out. It was very thin had no taste.

Q: Does dis help lose weight

Yes it does help. It is also important that you also eat healthy meals and get exercise. If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. This product will replace a meal. I use it to replace my first meal of the day. Then I eat healthy for my other 2 meals. This is what I suggest
