Good quality for a great price!
Arrived with one disk mislabeled as the wrong size. I gauged the disks with a micrometer and on average the disks between .25 mm to .40 mm smaller than their labeled size. There is also a 1 mm bevel on the edge of each disk meaning that the flat flat spot on each disk is 2.25 to 2.40 mm smaller than the rated size. For most applications involving larger bearings this wont be an issue but for the smaller sized bearings requiring a deep recess this could potentially be an issue. However, the very slight under sizing and bevel should prevent seizing in certain situations or aid in centering in tight applications. I don't consider any of these things drawbacks but I do believe buyers should be aware of it.The case molding and latches are acceptable. The hex key recess was poorly molded and the key will not fit but everything else is sufficiently retained to prevent any scattering of the disks. This set coupled with a set of thrust bearings, all thread rod, and a couple of nuts makes draw pressing bearings quick, easy, and accurate.Over all the set is made of good quality steel and will get 99% of jobs done just fine. Can't beat the price and is perfect for everyone that isn't a professional mechanic.

Great quality.
I am a amateur mechanic rebuilding a 1991 GM 4L80E transmission. I used this to replace the bushings in a press. This tool worked excellent and had all the right size disks. Very good tool to have.

Good set for a shade tree mechanic like myself.
This is probably one of the most complete sets you can buy it has one millimeter increments and they work great in my 12 ton press. I have pressed out bushing races, bearings. I highly recommend this set. The case seems a little cheap but this is a bargain tool, not a professional tool, as long as you don't mistreat the case and store it in your toolbox when you're not using it, it will last you.

Entirely worth it for the money!
For the cost of the set, I expected this kit to be a bit flimsy and poorly built. First day they arrived, brought them to work and had to re-pin a new connector to a Battery Monitor Control Module in a 2019 Jetta (am a VW tech). They felt great at the handle and the build quality was actually very sturdy. I don’t re-pin connectors often, but they feel like they’re going to hold up for quite a long time! Glad I got this kit, instead of just getting a VW specific kit for like 10x the cost.

The work great save your mony and buy these
For the price its a no brainer. I used the steelmen set on a tool truck. they will cost you $212. This set is the same thing in a different case lol. They work great save your money and buy these. I will use these about 3 or 4 times a week. Will update if there are any issues. 11/25/17. no update = no issues

Low quality craftsmanship, but still a useful tool
So first off the case is good. Mine wasn't broken like others stated. So happy about that. Don't open the case upside down though. None of the installers are held in tight so they will all fall and you will be irritated.Anyway, this kit is poorly manufactured and it shows immediately. The size of the inner opening of the installers are not even all the same. What does that mean? It means that the anvil that you put in them and hammer on does not fit in all the installer holes. What is that about? Its like they used different dies during production and didn't bother to make them the same size. Where's QC at? Not here. Must have been sick that day.So basically all the ones that don't fit will need to be hammered/forced in until you resize the opening. Annoying.Let's talk about how the tool is used. So there is the small shaft at the end of the driver. You place the installer disc and screw the small end on and this holds ONE disc in place. Now if you need to place a smaller disc on in addition, which you will...You need to use the shaft extension. Ok, no problem there. Except the fact that there is no way to secure the extension to the driver/handle/anvil/impact device...whatever you want to call it. It literally just sits in the extension unsecured. (See pictures) I'm not saying this is a huge deal. But why make it able to secure just one disc to the handle, but not two? It seems like an oversight, and obviously not designed by automotive technicians. So that's the annoying things. And even with all that being said, this is still a useful kit to have. Lots of different sizes and combinations to make. Its all heavy duty steel so using them in the press is doable. I'm not sure I would trust them in 20 ton+ applications, but up to maybe 15 tons. They are kind of similar to brake lathe hubbed rotor adapters. Not really designed to be used in a press, but in a pinch, for pressing wheel bearings, they work fine. For driving bushings and seals they are adequate. The size increments is really irrelevant and seems to vary from size to size. The "sizes" are printed on each disc but some of them are barely visible brand new, and will quickly wear off and be nonexistent. But the numbers are really only there so you know where they go in the case. They serve no purpose or value other than that.So yeah I have some negative things to say about this set, but I bought it to have a lot of different size installers in a small package, for not a lot of money. And I got that. Yes I wish it was made better. I wish all the discs would fit on the driver without modification. I wish using 2 discs you could still secure them to the driver. But that is not the case here. What I do have though is a lot of steel installers I can bang on and press things in to other things. It's sort of a win.

Well worth the money.
Perfect kit, has everything you need, and some you dont. But you never know what will come in handy one day. I like being the guy who people come to cause they know I'll have it.

Packing
Apsolutely love this. But case was open and plates were in complete disorder. Luckily all parts were there. Box was ripped opened. But all parts made it to me.
