El producto es muy bueno. Solo es practicar para que obtengas un hielo cristalino pero eso es mas bien del proceso y no tiene que ver nada con este producto. El articulo lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I purchased these for ice to cool vegetables after blanching. Weird, I know.. Little ice cubes don't last long when blanching vegetables, and I'm constantly replacing with cold water and more ice during the process, which slows me down. These ice bricks took forever to melt, kept the water cold, and helped me process my garden vegetables fast. I started making ice bricks with these molds about 5 days before, and just stacked the ice bricks in the freezer; way better than buying bags of ice. I had plenty of left over ice bricks after my veggie blanching extravaganza!

Makes more ice than cube trays. I use an ice pick to break up the block for use in drinks. Really works great. Nice to have for coolers as well.

Very well made and durable. I have used this to fill several ice blocks and even with the ice "bulging" during the freezing process, no damage to the containers. Lids fit securely enough to water from spilling when carrying from sink to freezer. Getting ice out is very easy if you rinse briefly with some water. My only recommendation would be to add a visual "FILL LINE" as a reference when filling with water since filling to the brim can result in spills or lid popping off during freezing. I originally got these to mass-freeze ice blocks for a cold plunge tub, so the size of the ice blocks has been great.
