I never stay in the same place for very long, it seems. It help up beautifully over the past three years. It looks so stylish that I got more compliments on the bag than I've ever gotten from my wardrobe. It's very sturdy and well-made. One of my favorite things about the bag is that you can click the handle and give a very slight push downward when it's in the raised position, and it will automatically drop down completely on its own. The only problem I had was when I used this at the airport, and they damaged one of the clasps that holds the bag into the base as it went down a conveyor belt. The bag comes with a second set of clasps, so everything is fine. I purchased this bag and two black bags for colleagues at work. The brown looks so much better and gets compliments all the time. They both said they wish they had chosen a brown bag now. This is one of my favorite work-related purchases that I'm sure to have for years to come. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy with it but read discription. *by A***R on February 10, 2016* It's a four because it was shipped out the next day! The down side is the last two pictures are fake.. SMH. The only reason I purchased this item was because of the last two pictures maybe it's bad on my part because I didn't look at the picture well enough but I shouldn't have to it should just be what it is and there's a seam stitched into the front of the bag on the little flap and that's not there on my bag. I understand it's online, all the while why lie?? We are paying customers. :( everything else decent. it seems durable, a little on the bigger side but if you need bigger storage this is definitely the bag for you I would have went with a 15 or even 13 size but 17 is alright. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Durability Concerns After 3 Months *by J***E on March 11, 2011* I purchased this rolling laptop case for my wife 3 months ago and although she's only been using it everyday for about 6 weeks now, the finish is coming off all over the bag. It's a beautiful bag when it arrives, looks very professional (she got lots of compliments), but my wife is upset because the brown coloring is fading in places from rubbing, and will come off instantly if scratched showing a black color underneath it. I cannot return it at this point, but would if I could. I can only speak for the brown color, I do not know if this is an issue in the black color.Having said this, the bag is sturdy and very roomy, tons of space for a laptop, office supplies, papers, notebooks, binders, water bottles or whatever. She recently went to New Orleans and used the bag as her carry on (must detach the metal frame) and it worked perfectly. Again giving her plenty of storage. Zippers are high quality, leather seems to quality as well, my only concern here is the premature fading of the finish. I suspect her bag will look very used and much older than it really is a year from now.
