19 x 19cm we use all the time just the right amount of alcohol on the wipes if you keep lid shut last a long time.

what % is the alcohohl content?

The listing on Amazon states 70% w/w isopropyl alcohol. The container of the product itself says nothing except isopropanol 550g/Kg

Has anyone used these on electronics such as laptops, keyboards etc? Is it ok for them?

OK for surface cleaning on electronic devices but not on the electronic parts.

Is there anything that these wipes shouldn't be used on? Eg are they ok on leather steering wheel, and smart phones?

We have found that some plastics can look a bit lighter in colour, haven't used on leather but we always do a spot check before we use on anything new. We have been using these wipes for a long time now find them a good alcohol wipe for cleaning & degreasing
