Made using the London method of full infusion rather than blending or using vapour, you get the full flavour from every herb etc used. After doing the distillery tour with the full tasting and making your own blend experience, being guided through comparing this gin with a range of others, you really start to notice the difference. Although I do keep trying other gins too, and have one or two I love, I do always eventually come back to the Plymouth for something with real character that I know is going to make a perfect drink every time. If you haven't tried it before, I thoroughly recommend it. (No idea what others are on about, limited edition bottles and drink being out of date.
