BROTTAR Display Cabinet with Glass Doors, 4-Tier Display Case, White

I love this shelf! exactly what i wanted for a decent price. i (25 F) put it together myself, was really easy and took about 2 hours but I was taking my time. it is a little wobbly and not the most sturdy but its perfect for my Peach Riot Figures. The built in light is great! my lights did just randomly completely stopped working two days after i put it together. However I reached out to the company support and they promptly sent a new power adapter and that fixed it! back up and running and beautiful as ever. the white background and lights make it a great photo opportunity at any time for my figures!

OK... I think I qualify for a honest review on this display case. I initially ordered two cases and they did arrive pretty quickly. I did have some issues with some panels that were split and needed to be replaced. Contact with the seller was pretty good and they responded back quickly. They sent out replacement parts multiple times, one would come in and it was broke, I contact them again and they would send out another one. Unfortunately it happened a few times but they would send out it again. After this happening a few times they sent me another display case free of charge which was a complete surprise. Seller is A++++ in my book. Pros: For the price the cases are decent and serve their purpose. They look good, sturdy, and the lighting system is good. Multiple color levels to fit your needs. I do enjoy the motion sensor so I dont have to worry about turning them off all the time. The shelving space is perfect and you can put a decent amount of collectibles in the case. Overall I would suggest to anyone to buy this just be aware there might be a chance of some broken parts you might need to get replaced. It is a good alternative price wise to purchase these instead of the cases that are a lot more. Cons: Ok... the ease of putting it together is straight forward.... but... those glass doors are a pain. After building three of these I have it down to a science. Suggestion... install the bottom first then slide it into the top while holding the glass. It makes it way easier and make sure you use the black plastic piece in front of the screws on the door hinge. Once you tighten down the screws it will contact the glass. This is a buffer they added and needs to be used. Be careful pulling the plastic off the thin acrylic windows... I did scratch a couple of them. You should take off the inside of the plastic first before you tighten down everything. Once you tighten down the screws it almost locks the plastic in the frame and makes it difficult to remove it. And be prepared for static and fingerprints... its like a magnet. Overall I would suggest buying these, the price point is good, quality is good for the money, customer service was excellent.

(after two needed one more) I don't know what else to say but how pleased I am with the thick materials, how easy it was to put together. The construction is very sturdy and durable. Not missing any parts and no damage whatsoever to the glass or wood. Super easy to align and adjust the glass doors. The size is amazing compared with a 30 figure box and then a 12-in figure next to it I can't wait to put more of my items on display. One of the photos has two four tier shelves stacked from IKEA next to it for size purposes. Oh and it has a sensor too so if you have it in auto mode the lights will come on and off if you walk away from it amazing! It took a total of exactly an hour and 45 minutes give or take to build and complete. I started it at 6:00 p.m. it is now 8:00. Obviously I had to clean up the box and take photos. Will definitely be purchasing another one or at least I need another one!!! Lol

I have bought a number of display cabinets and was impressed with the sturdiness of the cabinet, the finish and relative ease of assembly. It's a decent looking piece of furniture for a family room or casual living room. I wish these were available when I paid more for smaller cabinets. The LED functions work well and meet our needs. Shelves are solid and not adjustable which might be a drawback for some. I also applaud whoever did the instructions. They are both legible and understandable! Glad I bought this!

After watching the videos associated with this, I decided to get one. It arrived quickly and safely. The instructions are pretty straightforward and I recommend sitting down with them and getting familiar with each step before you start unboxing everything. Keep in mind that this is not some $2K high end piece of furniture. I got mine on sale for a tenth of that number. It is sturdy, has great features, and competently displays my treasures. It is finished well and should look good in your home just as it does in mine. My top tips for assembly: I did this by myself but an extra pair of hands would have been better. Taking my time it was about 3.5 hours of assembly which might have gone a bit faster had I not also been watching (more listening) to an NFL game. Next, take your time. Make sure things line up and you tighten each connector. READ the instructions - especially the helpful notes about alignment for certain items. Once you get the two stages together test the light strips before you move it into place. My bottom two strips would not light up, but the top two (the most important to me) worked great. BEFORE you add the glass doors, I highly recommend moving the unit into the place you want it to reside. Once fully assembled, the unit will weigh @ 90 pounds and it is far easier to move into place without all that glass. Getting the doors installed by myself was, let's call it interesting. ;-) Pay attention to the instructions for assembling those doors. Some pieces are for the right side and some are for the left even though initially they all look the same. The protective covering for the side panels did not want to let go on a few of them. Take your time and don't scratch anything by going wild with any sort of blade. It will all come off with some patience and persistence. Once fully assembled, you will need one or more micro fiber towels to get the dust and smudges from the shelves, side panels, and especially the glass doors. Static electricity is not your friend. ;-) If you have some of those cotton gloves they will come in very handy. Others have commented about the assembly holes that are very visible inside the top two sections. I ordered some hole covers/stickers and placing those over these will solve the problem. I got all my things into the unit and they look great! The motion detector for the lights is a nice touch if you don't want to leave them always on. I am very happy with this unit. You may be wondering why I gave this five stars when the bottom two shelves would not light up. In summary, I contacted the company to see if there were any tips or tricks that might get them going. There were none. As I can easily place lights I already have to illuminate the bottom shelves this was not a deal breaker. The company representative apologized and offered to send another unit at no cost to me and I did not have to return the original. In my book that is very generous and I can certainly make use of that second unit. They promptly shipped it out and I already have it. New Year's day it will get put together. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and customer care. That alone is worth five stars. I will certainly make them my go to provider when I need another unit. Collections never seem to stop growing and expanding. ;-)

So just in case others are interested, I got this to display 1/100 Gundam model kits exclusively. For this purpose, the sizing is a little awkward. The depth is enough to display two standing kits, three if you don't mind crowding. It's when you do a combination of gunpla just standing on the shelf with others on an action base that things get a bit awkward. The height of each shelf is perfect for kits that are up on an action base, as it puts the Gundams right in the center. The problem is one, it's gonna be hard to fit another kit in front if it's also on an action base, and two, kits that are just standing leads to a lot of empty space above. Basically, the best way to display 1/100 Gunpla is a row of kits on an action base in the back, and a row of standing kits in front. You can comfortably fit 6-8 standing Gundams the length of the shelf, and maybe 5-6 action based ones, all depending on the size of the kit. Again, this is all assuming you want a decent looking display, stuff in action poses. If you want to just cram everything you can fit quite a bit in one shelf. Alright, moving away from my specific use case, how's everything for general purposes? Pretty good! Assembly was way easier than I was expecting. Did it by myself, took about 3 hours, though I was watching something while doing it and could have gone a lot faster. Very straightforward building process. LEDs work great. I personally don't use the blue lights, but the warm and white are great. The automatic off/on censor works too. The doors were easy to install, but the instructions have you do it last. This means that the entire display cabinet will be assembled and tightened. You need to loosen the top portion and the middle portion in order to get the door's swivels into their holes, so keep this in mind. Only thing I don't really like about the glass doors is the push mechanism. The magnet that holds it shut is super strong, so if you gently push it to open, the spring is not strong enough to pop the door open, and it will remain stuck to the magnet. I'm thinking this could be an easy fix by putting some material behind the metal parts that meet the magnet to dampen them a bit. I really only have one complaint about this, and that is the screw holes that secure things together are exposed. Including some plastic covers would be an incredibly easy solution, and it's quite disappointing and frustrating that something so simple wasn't considered, as it really takes away from the sleek aesthetic. Oh, and one other annoyance is the minor size difference between the top two shelves vs the bottom two, which are slightly shorter. Why? Lol why not just make them the same? Whatever, overall I am happy and would recommend.

The cabinet itself is genuinely beautiful. The quality of the construction and the overall aesthetic are exactly what I was looking for. The assembly went smoothly, and visually, the unit is a great addition to the room. I was initially very happy with the purchase, and the cabinet functions perfectly as a standard storage and display unit. However, the integrated LED lighting feature was, unfortunately, unusable for me. The LED control module emitted severe Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). This RFI caused constant dropouts, slow speeds, and heavily disrupted my internet connection. The seller later clarified that a minimum distance of 1.5 meters (5 feet) from networking devices is recommended, a distance I simply could not accommodate in my small workspace. For buyers who need reliable Wi-Fi in close proximity, this remains a critical detail to consider before purchase. Despite the technical issue, I was pleasantly surprised by the seller's dedication to customer satisfaction. After providing detailed feedback on the interference issue, the Brottar support team was highly professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, confirmed they were escalating the problem to their supplier for a component optimization, and ultimately processed a full refund without requiring a complex return. While the cabinet's lighting feature didn't work out for my specific needs, their commitment to a positive resolution was outstanding. I hope they resolve the EMI issue in future product runs, as the customer service here is top-notch.
