These gummies are very tasty and extremely easy to take not being extremely chewy. My husband and I are taking one a day and finding these much more palatable than the syrup type shilajit that we have taken in the past. We have not had any side effects with these and will continue to take them in the hope of seeing some benefits in the near future.

It's essentially just a multi-vitamin gummy, since shilajit is multi-vitamin resin. The supplement also have a noticable amount of sugar in it to mask the shilajit's flavour. I think this is still an acceptable supplement, but compared to other non-gummy shilajit supplements, this is very weak. I personally wouldn't consider this a supplement, since it's closer to being an actual candy.
