High quality. Purchase 2.5 in long 1/2 bolts and small amount of wheel bearing grease to complete.
Well made fits most wheelbarrows with wooden handles. Recommend the purchase of wheel bearing grease (very small amount) and longer bolts 2.5 in to 3 in. The 2 in bolts that come with this are not long enough. My 23 yr old wheelbarrow had rusty shaft, bearings and mount and a flat tire, it is all like new (wheel sold separately. Ensure the wheel has the same diameter opening as guage of this shaft. Installation is 5 min after you get the old one off and have the correct bolts. My wheelbarrow had 2.5 in long 1/2 inch flange bolts holding in the wheel assembly.

Bolts too short
Disliked that I had to use old bolts. The new ones were not long enough for the nuts to attach

Worked well
I actually used these on an antique wheelbarrow we use as a planter. The original shaft on its steel wheel was to rusty to actually roll. That made it very hard to relocate the planter so I used this set so the wheel would actually move again.

Holes did not fit.
The holes did not fit the location of my original nuts, so I could not use it.

Not 100% universal
The slots on the brackets were not out far enough for my wheelbarrel (maybe 1/8" to close to the axel) But a dremel took care of that in a few minutes.Other than that perfect fit.
