Fantastic knife
Amazing kitchen knife, well built with ergonomic handle, comfortable to use for long periods if required and super sharp so ready to go straight out of the box. Easy to control when using and the solid construction gives you confidence that it’s not going to break mid cut. High end quality steel so it will retain its edge over time and once finished just pop it in the dishwasher. Ideal size to perform most daily cutting tasks in a household kitchen, it’s a great price for a quality product, would definitely recommend

This is very comfy and VERY sharp
I wanted a knife that is thin (so it doesn't for example 'split open' a carrot rather than slice it), that sharpens easily and well and had a relatively flat cutting surface (rather than rocking) so I could chop. I didn't want to use the rocking motion preferred by TV chefs like James Martin. This knife is close to perfection compared to requirement. The steel is a fairly high carbon steel so I'm sure it will show the odd light rust spot if not treated well but in return it sharpens beautifully (unlike a high chromium stainless knife which you couldn't sharpen if you spent a week on it). I bareley touched it when putting it into a wooden block and there was blood immediately. It's basically a razor blade with a handle - and all the better for it. My absolute #1 go to knife for all occasions. I love it!

exceptional chefs knife!
had one of these for many years but i bought another to keep as a spare... very well designed knife with a grippy handle and good finger guard... the blade is Japanese steel and very very sharp! so be careful! great so far at cutting all kinds of veg and meats including fish and chicken... honestly its my goto food prep knife and im very happy! love Kitchen Devil's... 5/5! A++ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Zunächst kaum schneidig!
Insgesamt ein Messer, das gut in der Hand liegt. Vor Gebrauch musste es jedoch geschärft werden, was so eigentlich nicht sein sollte.
