Received today, in good time and in good condition with a good quality sturdy chain.I was slightly disappointed with the ceramic ball, as I expected something similar to china wear in the bathroom. The finish seems more of an eggshell finish, although it is shiny and does reflect light, this is the reason for only four stars. This is most likely due to the picture of the item and what I had in my minds eye.It still looks good and will be very suitable for the purpose.As an update to my original feedback, I received a call from their MD who had called to personally check on my satisfaction, and to confirm that we had not received a defective item, great customer service*****.

I really like this pull. The bit you actually pull is wipeable - which I think is important with an epidemic! My only worry is that the chain is quite short. We no longer have small children living here so it's not a problem but if you do I think you might need the extension chain.

Really nice round ball feel, not as heavy as I thought it would be - but still looks nice and feels fairly expensive ie not cheap material. Would recommend it

Just as expected, and perfect in my bathroom. Quality item, delivered speedily. I also ordered the extension chain, and was impressed to open the package and find that the seller had fitted the extension chain for me. Excellent service!

Just arrived and I am highly delighted with it. Having read some reviews about it being smaller than expected I only ordered one but am about to place an order for another to go onto my bathroom extractor fan. Matches the white globe on my bathroom light and the chain is the same as the sink plugs so all in all a nice complimentary item.
