Can this be used everyday/all year or is it a temporary mouthwash for more serious issues?

You can use it as a daily mouthwash as part of normal oral hygiene. I also use it if I get sore throats morning and evenings and it soon gets rid of that feeling that you’re swallowing razor blades when you’re eating.

Do you use this mouthwash after brushing or at a different time of day?

I mostly use Oraldene as a gargle for sore throats but if I use it as a mouth wash I would definitely use it after brushing morning and night so that the product stays in the mouth as long as possible and is not washed away. In addition I would use it for a third time, usually after lunch.
