Smash Burger Press - 5.5 Inch Stainless Steel Hamburger Smasher with Anti-Scald Handle for Griddle and Grill Cooking

I really love this burger press. It's easy to clean and heavy enough to keep my quarter to half pound burgers flat and well contacted to the grill or fry pan. The handle is covered in some kind of heat resistant substance like silicone so doesn't get to hot to handle. I appreciate that it's made of stainless steel so I can soak it clean or throw it in the dishwasher without worry. Overall a good product and a good buy.

I wanted to wait until I used this first before posting a review. When it first arrived I was very happy with the quality. I was surprised how well made it was and very happy it had some weight to it which made pressing down much easier. One tip I learned online is to use a piece of parchment paper to keep the meat from sticking which worked super well! I am such a nerd I watched a few smash burger videos on YouTube they were pretty good and gave some great tips. You will be very happy with this product so much easier than using an object not made for a press. It lays flat and does not take up a lot of space in the drawer. I forgot to mention the buyers turned out so good everyone is asking when we are having them again for dinner :)

If you're in need of a burger press, this is a nice compromise between the cheaper ones available here and a heavy duty cast iron version. Makes great smashburgers! Here's a handy tip - use a piece of parchment paper between the burger and the press when smashing it down onto a hot griddle. Keeps them from sticking together!

I just got a blackstone and needed a burger press, not going to lie I wanted the blackstone brand but I got some of their items that had broke after one use. I decided to just go for it and get this one and I’m so happy I did! Great price, sturdy, handle is soft and overall a great product.

I've used this press a few times now for making smash burgers and it works great. The metal is a heavy enough gauge that it firmly presses burgers without deflecting and the rubberized handle provides a good grip. The press cleans up easily afterwards. Quality product at a decent price.
