Great classic handset
For anyone after a budget phone that is well made, stylish, has a very good battery life and is primarily for calling and texting...then this is probably the phone for you. I bought it as a present for someone and they are really pleased with it. The keypad is a lot easier to use then that of a touchscreen phone. The choice of ringtones and message alert tones are very impressive and sound very clear. The screen is very clear and a decent size, you don't really need anything a lot bigger than 2.2". It was incredibly easy to set up, less than two minutes with the new sim card in and it was ready to go. The phonebook is very easy to scroll through as well and the general layout and menu are also very neat. All in all, this is an excellent budget phone and very nice to look at. If I didn't have the current touchscreen phone that I've got, I would go and buy myself one of these - the Nokia 6303i is that good! Ultimately, if the main functions you require don't really stretch beyond texting and calling, then this phone really is perfect! (However, other features that are nice to have include an FM radio, 3.2 megapixel camera and internet access.)

No network
Got this phone to replace my 6303 after breaking it. It arrived in the post, looked good, charged it and played round with the interface. wasnt until i tried to send a message that i realized i had no network coverage. thought this odd as had always had full in most areas with my old phone. turned the phone off and back on again, this time full network, but within 60 seconds this had dwindled down again to nothing, without even moving the phone. repeated several times with the same results. Personally I would recommend the original 6303 not the 6303I. the old version has a nicer layout, and works which is always a bonus

Dissapointing
Good mid-range "non smart" phone. Unfortunately developed an irreparable fault after two years so had to go.

Make sure you read the instruction manual?
I have had this phone for a number of months and when I purchased it, I found it so simple to use I did not read the manual. The manual was subsequently lost. I had not had a Noika phone before and did not realise that the power button was on the top of the phone not a place that I was used to with all the other phones I have had. When the battery ran out completely even though I recharged it I was unable to `turn on the phone'. I consulted the manual for this model, via the Noika website and sheepishly now realise the problem. It was me not the phone! It is an excellent phone if you want a user friendly phone for calls and straightforward texting. The camera is excellent as well and the zoom feature allows you to compose some really good close-ups.Probably, a number of people reading this review will wonder how I couldn't work out what the problem was but if you read the one star reviews for this phone apparently this has been problem with this model. Moral : read the instruction manual if you are a bit of an old codger with modern technology and don't necessarily assume that what one review suggests applies to your situation.

Does what it says on the tin.
Does what it says on the tin without all that screen wiping malarkey. It texts and you can talk to people - result!!! Radio is good and you can use the internet if needed which is great if desperate - which is why I chose this just in case - but clearly its not going to beat more modern phones in that respect. Screen is fine in that its sturdy, less affected by sun gleaming off it and doesn't stop the function of the phone should it get cracked [yes I have the T-shirt for that one]. A nice neat unit that fits in the pocket and does the job. To be recommended. ps probably won't be top of any thief's list either.

Total Dissatisfaction
Although this item was totally refunded.I now understand why they(Love to Shop Shanghi) asked for a good review following there further gesture to keep and not return the item. Not only was it a refurbished(Not New) phone without a U.K. charger and correct size battery.Further problems arose when connections through Bluetooth and earpnones ect caused the phone to shut off for several minutes before being able to restore the power.Unfortunately this was a bad experience and unfortunately one i do not wish to repeat.

Nokia 6303i Classic sim free mobile phone
What a super phone! Had a Nokia 2600 before but found screen small, so decided to change. What a difference with this one. Clear colour screen even in sunlight, the ability to use handsfree so easily without a headset was a great surprise so calls seem very clear. Text message tone can be heard easily from one end of the house to the other and it is simple to text and read on the larger screen. The radio is first class and it is easy to save stations, the camera seems to be remarkably good also. The internet ability is very slow, not the phone's fault as it is trying hard,, but I am in an edge of an Edge area, so will try in a better one. all in all, a really good phone, solid and with the usual Nokia menus I feel at home!

MOBILE PHONE
The product was not suitable as I thought it would be the same as the one I had but it turned out to be a down market product for Japan. Total waste of money I struggled to sell it on for £10. Also the product was made very dear as it was subject to inport taxes etc. Worst purchase I have ever made in my life. Oh and by the way I ordered two which made it worse when I found out certain funktions were missing. Total rip off.
