I bought this since my previous mattress pad purchase from another company failed after 9 months. The comfort on the pad is outstanding and it ranges from heat level 1 ( why bother?) to heat level 12 ( just shy of blast furnace). It also has a preheat cycle that warms the pad up quickly, and then drops it down to the last setting you used. I turn it on about 30 minutes before I go to bed, and when I get in bed it's nice and warm. So warm that my Chihuahua, who is a chilly willy fur baby, burrows under the covers and stays there all night. It's a great item and at an affordable price, and the fabric quality is excellent. The controller has a zero noise level, and i fall asleep quickly on it This is for our split king XL bed. My wife likes it chilly, so her side doesn't have a pad. Great quality, and I'm enjoying it. It also has up to a 12 hour timer that works great

Very nice pad. This has a pre-heat button which is great because it shuts off in two hours. I don’t like the heat on during the night while I’m sleeping so I just hit the preheat button and by the time I go to bed it’s just warm and cozy. I like the thickness of it, very cozy. Well worth the money!

Live in Northern PA where winters get cold. Like having a cool bedroom but my feet are always cold. This mattress pad is perfect. Warmer on the foot, can choose the temperature and time. I turn it on a half hr before I go to bed so it warm and cozy and it automatically shuts off in an hour so I’m not too warm. Have only used it for a month so I can’t speak to durability but it appears to be well made. Very happy with this, I’ll be purchasing another for the guest bedroom.

Our last heated mattress bad finally died on one side. This one is better for two reasons. The remote is easy to see and program and it remembers your last setting, there is also a prewarm function. The second reason is that the heating elements are even all through the bed. With two controls each side can have it's own levels. The material is a polyester and is not really soft, not like cotton. However, it is padded enough not to feel any wires and since it's going under a sheet, you don't feel it. Upon opening, first impression was not great. It was super vacuum packed. The extra deep pockets should fit every mattress on planet earth. My only wish is that the plug placement was on the side of the bed instead of on top. Overall: It works well, we really like the timers and the even heat.

Oh this is the truth! I love how warm it gets, especially during the colder nights. I also have chronic pain/ autoimmune condition so even a low heat does wonders for my entire body and this has improved my sleep tremendously. It arrived timely, very easy to plug in and use and the controls are very effective.

Love this mattress pad warmer. On cold nights we turn it on to warm up the bed. Just jump.in your warm bed and snuggle up. I do have to turn off once in bed because it is too warm to sleep with it on.
