The description states "Low Carb Keto Rice that captures the true essence of rice." This description is 100% accurate. Didn't really have clear cooking instructions so I followed the standard rule for rice and had great results. Easy to make, good texture, not at all mushy, and no off-putting flavors. Good low carb high protein replacement for most recipes.

Not enough value for the price
The taste and texture are okay. It works for meals. You don't get value for the money though. $19 for 10 tiny servings I can fit in the palm of my hand is expensive. ("Affordability" is mentioned in the AI summary of this product review page, so I find it relevant to push back on that here. It's NOT affordable, and the AI summary is allowed to sit as is, unchallenged.)

I greatly appreciate the high protein items, especially something that is normally all carbs, and being a vegetarian, I struggle with finding foods that provide enough protein. 5 star for customer service also. The small business Owner answered my questions and was able to work with me regarding my inquiries. Although our time schedules were very different because it would take about 48 hours to communicate back-and-forth, ultimately my questions were answered and assistance was provided. I highly recommend this. Company.

Texture and taste
This product is an excellent replacement for traditional rice. The flavor is virtually identical, and the texture matches regular rice perfectly. It’s also more affordable than other brands and extremely easy to prepare—just add water. As an added bonus, it offers heart-healthy benefits, making it a nutritious, convenient, and budget-friendly alternative. Highly recommended!!!
