Broken piece
Yoshi is missing a piece of his nose. All other figures in the package were fine.

Go for the real merch. This is ok but not worth the price
Nice but expensive like the real thing. One came in broke but the rest are fine. I went to universal studios hollywood and saw the real merch. Just go on line and get a good one. I gave a too because of the price, and one came broke.

Mario Figures
As advertised. A few of the characters don’t look a lot like the actual Mario characters (bigger facial features). I bought them to use to decorate a birthday cake and they were perfect for that.

They do look like the picture. Just... make sure you look closely at the details of the picture.
In case it's not abundantly clear these are not official figures. The 2 inch scale made me think they'd be scaled like Amiibo figures. Mario, Toad and Yoshi are similarly scaled to an Amiibo figure but the others are not. Peach's head is 1/4 the size of Mario's, Luigi is the same scale as Peach and looks like he's seen his last ghost. In all fairness here, you do get basically what's pictured, in that the paint jobs and scale look messy and wrong even in the product photos (except Toad, who actually looks great). They're not awful little figures--the flag and donut blocks move, the goomba has wings you can flap (the pipe does also move but with extreme difficulty). These aren't really a cohesive set of figures. For my 3-year-old who likes Mario they'll be perfectly serviceable, but I would not purchase these if I saw them in person.

Poor paint job
I'm an avid figurine collector, so when I saw this mario set, I had to get it. I have to say, I'm disappointed. Not just in the quality of the figurine (like the size and character aren't consistent), but the actual paint job was a let down. It is sloppy and inconsistent to say the least. I felt like the paint job on these figurines look nothing like the picture - at least the ones in the picture look like the character. The set I got, it resembles the picture from afar, but up close... big yikes.
