I had a flat on my hand truck! Old tires with tubes! As a senior I looked at the options! I could buy a new tube and do it myself, I could take the wheel to the shop and have it done! Stubled onto these tires on Amazon! Solid, no tube, never worry again! Ten minute install, happy happy! Cheers! All for $26

These wheels were a perfect fit to replace the old, always low or flat pneumatic wheels - same outside tire diameter as the old ones, same 5/8 inch axle fit, and a slightly narrower hub width than the old, which avoids possible problems than if it was somewhat wider than the original wheel. I added some washers to take up some of the axle play, but it wasn't necessary for proper function. The valve stem setup on the old pneumatic wheels did not look to be compatible with using inner tubes as a solution, and installing tubes in those little tires looked to be more of a challenge than I was interested in. And with tubes, per ongoing experience with bicycle tire tubes, I still might have a frequent low or flat tire to deal with. Now, it's a once and done (with flats) wheel swap out. For the dolly, anyway.
