LEGO60194 City Arctic Scout Truck

My 5 y.o. sold had this given as a present from his grandparents. I suspect they paid close to £40 for it which is definitely over-priced considering the elements and number of pieces. I managed to get one for £22 for my niece, so it does vary in price a fair bit. However, even at £40 it's value is significantly enhanced by the fact that this set can be combined with the Lego Boost robotic set to allow a different programmable model to be made. This adds a lot to both this set and Boost IMO.I do think the Arctic theme is an interesting concept for Lego to have exploited. The set itself includes a nice little detail in the arctic core of a frozen insect. Given the relevance of arctic cores to our understanding of historic climactic conditions and increasing concern about climate change the set can help children understand the basis of the science or at least that there are good reasons for people to be doing science in the arctic.

I bought this for my nephew's 7th birthday and he absolutely loves it.The set was easy enough for him go build alone but a suitable challenge in that it kept him nicely occupied for a couple of hours. He is really enjoying the polar bear and the set has great longevity of play value as there are so many make believe games you can play with it.

One of my boys loves his Lego, and this item was no different. Lego is always good quality with simple instructions this set is no different. Was out of stock when originally ordered (it was more than £10 cheaper through amazon too) but amazon didn’t disappoint and was back in stock and delivered in time for “Santa”.

Not a complicated build. My 6 year old loves it! The front wheels don’t stay on very well though

An absolutely brilliant kit from Lego. If you ever had any other kits from Arctic series - go for it and your kid will be absolutely happy! It looks nice and the size of the kit is above average!

My 7 year old son lived building this and loves the snow truck to play with.

Ottimo prodotto, qualità Lego confermata.Richiede un certo impegno nel montaggio per l'esigenza di comprendere bene i precisi disegni contenuti nel libretto illustrativo, destreggiarsi nella ricerca e riconoscere bene i pezzi, soprattutto quelli molto piccoli. Se il bambino è un po' avanti nello sviluppo dell'intelletto, già anche dai 5 anni, magari con qualche piccolo aiuto, è in grado di assemblarlo in buona parte, altrimenti è corretto destinarlo ai 7+ perché rischiereste che si stufi prima di averlo completato.Giancarlo

Es ist ein sehr schönes Set was nicht nur gut aussieht sondern es lässt sich super mit Spielen!Ich und mein Sohn finden es ist eins der schönsten Sets von dieser Reihe. Wie gewohnt ist die Qualität von Lego man kann nix schlechtes sagen! Bei Amazon kann man so manchen Schnäppchen machen.
