Review: Definitely reccomend - Amazing story so far, been hooked since the first few pages! Bought today and finished in one sitting, will 100% be buying vol 2. Chapter one was definitely interesting and honestly i wasn't expecting anything like that at all and I am definitely shocked and still confused by the plot twist in a later chapter, looking forward to the rest of this series! Great start, intrigued to see what comes next.
Really enjoyed this first issue. The artwork is solid and the story has some thought provoking ideas. I felt the dialogue at time slipped up but only slightly. Looking forward to reading volume 2. Would recommend for fans of Snowpiercer and Tokyo Ghoul.

More of an ember than an inferno
Maybe I came into this with unrealistic expectations since I had a real religious experience with Chainsaw Man, but man this was wack my guy. I adore the concept and the setting, but the everything else was just pointlessly... Perverse? I'm all for fun and games, but when some seriously grim topics are brought up like a bullet point list for a laugh it's just in poor taste. Additionally, the pacing is just break neck no stop for effect at all. It reads like a teenage fantasy novel with no punctuation. [SPOILERS] Literally within 15 pages it's already explicitly brought up some sweet-home Alabama type situation, and then proceeds to double-dog down (pun intended, if you've read it) and get worse from there managing to get the full 'Sex Pervert Manga' Bingo card with people being hard R'd, Boy-who-looks-like-a-girl shenanigans all tied together with the characters being very, very much under the age to buy GTA, if you get where I'm coming from. I'm not for censorship at all, however content like this is the reason why I never share my passion about manga with anyone. Only reason I've given this any stars at all is because it would be an insult to the art and concept to be any lower. Read it if you can put up with the above, or even enjoy that type of stuff (You sicko).

Ok
The pacing is very fast, manga is in good condition. The story is as captivating as the name suggests they progress so quickly you have no time to connect with the characters as introductions go could of been alot better
