Hands down a lifesaver! I bought these for my mom since she has bone on bone in both of her knees and she is extremely hesitant about having surgery. I saw an ad for this and decided to get it to have her try it out. She absolutely loves them! She wears them and talks about them all of the time. She is able to walk without the pain. We both have even recommended these patches to a couple of our friends and the one who has tried them already loves them as well. I feel like we need more than 30 at a time with the rate we are going. 😂 Walking up the stairs is not as much of a hassle like it was. It helps with back pain and hip pain as well! These are amazing!!! You have got to get them! The amount you get is not bad either because if you try to get all of the different ingredients and put it in a rub or lotion, you would lose more money than you keep. The fact that these patches stay on in the first place is wonderful! I love them and the fact that it’s helping my mom be in less pain while walking and resting, it’s a big 10 stars from me!

Husband uses these every day for work.He likes them, just make sure you use water to get them off. If not it may hurt.
