This book works miracles. It is my 2nd copy - I lost the first and have just replaced it. If you do the exercises it really works. I would go as far as to say Matt Roberts is a genius. You do need a fit ball (swiss ball) but if you do the exercises I swear your body changes in as little as 6 weeks. If you are committed, this is an excellent purchase. If you want to be thin / fit but would rather lie on the sofa eating chocolate, just buy the DVD! ;-) Joke - obviously that won't work either. :-)

Great book exercises are very effective

Changed my life!
This book is a must! Having been naturally thin all my life I didn't bother to exercise or watch what I ate - In fact, the idea of exercise was like a bad dream to me! This all changed when I got to my early thirties and discovered I had a bum and tum that I'd never had before!! I picked up this book in a charity shop and set to......... amazing results! In less than 6 months my bum and tum had completely gone and I was toned and full of energy. I also lost over a stone. I combined the exercises with walking and eating a bit more healthily. I have not looked back - these exercises are simple to follow and best of all, can be done in half an hour or less! I would recommend it to anyone with a bigger bum or tum than you'd like - you won't be disappointed!

An easy way to tone those problem areas.
When first looking for exercise books, I specifically wanted something to target my problem areas, like most women, my tummy, bum and thighs.This book gives a step-by-step guide of different exercises that tackle these areas. It gives a two-step program, with a beginner level, to a more advanced and strenuous exercise.There are also useful tips throughout the book relating to diet and how to solve body issues. The book is colourful with a picture for each exercise, which are easy to replicate.I also found it extremely easy to fit the exercises into my hectic lifestyle, as you can vary the amount you want to do, and at the most it only takes 30 minutes a day. Already I've begun to notice a change in my fitness, and I've only had the book for two weeks!My biggest problem with the book was trying to remember all the tips for each exercise, and making sure you're doing them correctly. Its difficult to undertake the exercise, whilst also trying to read the book.Over all, a good book to get you started on the way to the body you want, especially if you're a beginner!
