I didn't like the product at all. Very poor sound quality. Looks like some local product is stuck with strip of lable Amazon basics. There nothing to be amazed about. Only when you raise your volume level over 135 points only then you can hear some sound and build quality is also very poor. I am very much disappointed and dejected about the product. There are good products available in other brands in much affordable price of Rs 800 to 900 and with very good sound quality and build quality. This Amazon basics comes for Rs1200 but still very poor in all the aspects. There is no return policy only replacement what is the use of having a replacement policy when the product is good for Nothing 😔

The media could not be loaded. Got this for 650 rupees, didn't really expect anything great but I was pleasantly surprised.First off don't expect Bose or JBL level quality, honestly the tribit xsound easily beats this but it's 2500 rupees, got this as a backup and to use with my laptop.Don't ever use at 100 percent device volume ( treble starts tearing up ) , set the device at around 80 percent and increase the volume from the laptop or phone.Very decent sound for the price, metal sounds surprisingly decent, bass music like psytrance also surprisingly good on this.The LEDs are also decent.. multiple modes to switch thru , overall for 650 bucks it's worth it.. if sound quality is of high importance and you have a mid budget go for tribit or lenrue a15 .

I bought the Amazon Basic X12R 16W Bluetooth Speaker, The speaker is good for the price and the sound quality is better, But the speaker is the only one problem,The speaker goes to100% after charging but shows only 90% with Bluetooth after connecting and the battery backup of the speaker is said to be up to 6 hours, but if you run it continuously the battery becomes 0% after 2 to 3 hours.I have faced such issues, I never thought I would be dealing with such a branded product like Amazon.
