I bought this to use when I sit in my recliner to watch tv at night -- I tend to fall asleep and have woken up with a crick in my neck-- well now that I use this, no more cricks! FYI mine came in a 1 inch or so flat box, I panicked, but no worries, it was vacuumed sealed and once I opened the bag it puffed up to its pictured size/shape. ☺ It is very comfortable: not too heavy, not too firm-- but is supportive (not flimsy) and the cover is soft.

These neck pillows are so soft and so comfortable. We bought them for our family of four for cross country trips and they were a hit! I’m glad I ordered the ones with bags. It allowed us to fold the pillows up for travel but we could also hang the bag from our carryons without exposing our pillows to the elements.

Good quality pillow, but the bag is no where near big enough to insert the pillow.

Yes, I travel but I actually purchased this neck pillow for sleeping. A few weeks ago I slept in a position that was not ideal and I had a ‘kink’ in my neck. I could have used a cervical collar but they are not comfortable and I opted for your Sareider Travel pillow instead. Your enclosed card said you can’t please everyone but from the moment I put your pillow around my neck my pain improved. Thanks for your support (uh, that’s neck support) My first purchase was a travel pillow that resembled a cervical collar and was bulky and uncomfortable and your pillow is lightweight and more comfortable. My search for your travel pillow was, lightweight travel pillow and your pillow came up.

This is an excellent product. It even comes with a storage bag.

Pillow feels soft to touch but I haven’t been able to use it yet, it stinks like pure chemicals, heinous odor, still trying to air it out!
