Q: I am 5'3 and weigh almost 200lbs (just had a baby) would the med/large fit me??

The packaging has Medium/Large showing should fit sizes 8-14.

Q: Someone please tell me about the wings, how do they go on? Size?

The wings go on by slipping a strap over each arm like a backpack. They are very comfortable, forgot I was wearing them while I had them on. The size seems just right, they did not get in the way while I had them on.
