A very tasty cheese.
I've always liked Austrian smoked cheese.It's a hard rubbery textured cheese with a smoky, almost bacon like flavour.Perfect on a crunchy biscuit, with a slice of cucumber.It's described as 'processed cheese with smoked butter', which I'll admit, doesn't sound that nice, but trust me, it is.Ingredients wise, it's pretty much entirely diary based, with just salt and an acidity regulator added.Fat is 24%, which is what you would expect from this type of cheese.Salt is relatively high at 2.8%, so bear that in mind.If you're interested, it's produced In Austria from EU and New Zealand milk.It will keep in the fridge for weeks, but keep it covered, otherwise the uncovered end will turn very hard.Overall, this is one of my favourite cheeses.With a delicate smoky flavour, it's perfect as an accompaniment to any kind of biscuit.I hope you found this review helpful.

I like the product but, wish I’d made notes, but I fear it’s suffered from shrinkflation.

Size again, it was so little.
Lovely cheese. Size an issue again. Just doesn't last long as with a few bags of mini cheddars. Check weights before buying.
