Great for a year
Have loved this pump for a year but now it is not working. The PSI reader is not functioning and pumping board fully. Have checked for leaks and changed out seals but still not working. Very disappointed.*****Edit******The company reached out to me and replaced my pump at no charge. Will take it out for a test drive shortly. Great customer service!!!

Didn’t last and no support edit below
So as far as the pump itself goes working as a pump it did as it was designed and intended. However, mine died after about 3 uses. Despite a supposed 1 year warranty not a peep from the company in responsive email to my request for refund or replacement. This pump is too expensive for such limited usage. So be aware that the pump may prematurely fail and that the company will not support the productEdit: to be fair, since the above was written the company has now contacted me and executed a refund of the purchase price through Amazon. They have also agreed to send a new pump to me free of charge. While the refund has been executed and is appropriate under the circumstance, I have to say that sending a new pump would be above and beyond appropriate. I will edit this email if and when the new unit is received, and at which point I would be willing to change the star rating as well.Edit 2: I don't write many reviews, and when I do I try to be fair. Initially this pump worked great--but it didn't last and I had a hard time reaching the company. However, once communication commenced, the company did fulfill its warranty obligations and then some:: not only did they refund the purchase price of the pump, but they sent me a new pump free of charge. While I have not had a chance to use the new pump, I suspect it will be satisfactory in every respect that the first one was: kind of loud but an excellent pump for an SUP. Accordingly, to be fair, I believe it proper to give this unit, and the company much greater credit than I did initially, above, and if I could give 4.5 stars I would [with reduction only for the loudness of the unit.]Edit two: In the end, I cannot recommend this pump. The second pump now fails to turn on--after pumping up four boards one time. I cannot explain the lack of durability in these units and is unacceptable in a $129 unit. While when it worked it did what it was supposed to do, it just doesn't do it for very long. Thus I end up giving it one star for lack of durability. I am giving up on this company, and will look elsewhere for an electric SUP pump.

Works Very Well. Be Sure It Is Set To "PSI" not "BAR" for Pressure Measurement.
We ordered this for the sole benefit of the battery option to pump our SUP boards up as close to the water as possible to minimize carry distance of the inflated boards from the vehicle to the water. This little pump does a GREAT job. It inflated TWO 11ft 6in Bote HD Boards in about 10 minutes each, and we were ready to go. The Deflate feature is also a great help at the end of the day to prepare the boards for storage. Takes about 2 minutes per board to deflate. With a full charge, we inflated and then deflated BOTH boards over the day and still had at least 1/2 of the battery life left. I would EASILY expect the board to be able to inflate up to 4 boards on a charge. The advertisement says 5 boards. The battery recharged to full in about an hour. This was our first use so far, so I hope to update the review after a few months of use to see how the battery holds up, but so far, outstanding. UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF USE: There has been one time when the pump would not switch over to high pressure mode because the valve attachment on the hose was ever so slightly loose. Please check that it is secure. ALSO a time or two, the board has not wanted to kick over to high pressure after it gets to about .4/.5PSI. The solution has been to step on the board and the back pressure will kick the pump into high pressure mode. Some reviewers here have had concerns about the motor not switching over to dual / high pressure mode. This has really not been a problem as long as the hose connections are secure and the attachments are appropriately tight. As for the noise, I know ALL such pumps make noise but my daughter has never used an electric pump before, and while I thought the pump noise was very tolerable, she expressed her surprise that it was so quiet! Outdoors on a quiet morning by the lake and it was not offensively noisy. As for the settings, the first time we used the pump, it came from the factory set to BAR not PSI. As a result, I almost overinflated our first board. Common sense kicked in and as the board felt very full, I stopped the pump and checked the pressure by connecting my regular hand pump and it was right at max pressure for the board. That is when I realized the error of not having the pump set to PSI mode. Finally, once we were properly set to PSI mode, the pump did turn off at the exact pressure. After removing the hose, I checked BOTH boards pressure with the hand pump pressure guage and the pump was pretty accurate. We had set the pump to inflate to 13 PSI. Both boards were at about 13.4 PSI so I am comfortable that the pressure reading on the pump is adequately calibrated to do the job and not over or under inflate the board. This pump has a very upgraded cylinder mechanism as described in the ad. The practical end of this is that the pump IS quieter than others I have used by quite a bit. Also, because the pump is a little more heavy duty, it really didn't get hot at all. A little warm, but not even uncomfortable to direct touch on the hottest part of the housing. Others I have used have been extremely hot. Not this one. As such, it not only has BATTERY capacity to pump multiple boards, it has FUNCTIONAL Capacity to pump several boards back to back without over heating.I would certainly recommend this pump to anyone looking for a highly portable SUP board pump that can EASILY inflate several boards in a few minutes without being tethered to a power source.

Great pump, good for SUPs and Wings. But died after a little over a year... :-(
Excellent pump, worked great for inflating my SUPs and my wings. I used it regularly for both purposes. It just died when trying to recharge it, about a year and 2 weeks post purchase, so no warranty for me. My guess is that it's best to not let the battery fully drain...

Very solid design and reliable battery
This thing runs great for my large inflatable fishing boat. As noise level goes, it's pretty good. It doesn't have a real high pitch annoying whine like some of them, but it's a compressor and sounds like a compressor. I think people expect too much when it comes to how quiet they should be. The battery makes it super convenient on the boat launch and charges up quickly with the supplied power supply. Gauge is also accurate. It comes with very clear instructions with a little sense of humor instead of the usual broken English we often see in user manuals.EDIT ALMOST YEAR LATER:Still impressed by this pump. I've tested it side by side with the new 50psi pumps that claim to be super fast and powerful and this one was still slightly faster. Other difference is the hose and HR connector is much better quality than others I've used. For some reason they often come super stiff and hard to bend.

Doesn't hold a charge
I've had this unit for just over a year and although the pump still works IF plugged in it no longer will hold a charge at all, making it's portability useless.

Stopped charging
Our pump no longer charges just after one year. Do disappointed, spending over $250 for something that only last one year.
