I’ve been using this two-hole puncher and it’s quickly become a staple on my desk. The construction feels solid and doesn’t wobble when you apply pressure. The handle operates smoothly, and it takes surprisingly little effort to punch through a stack of 10–12 sheets of standard printer paper. The holes come out clean and perfectly aligned, which makes organizing papers into binders much easier. The built-in paper guide is handy for keeping everything consistent, and the chip tray at the bottom is easy to slide out and empty.

Not suitable for heavy daily use - Doesn't handle a whole file at once, and the sliding edge-aligner sometimes shifts. But it's nice and sharp so requires little force, folds up small (with lock pin) to tuck away in a drawer. For the price, it's perfect for my small, one-person law office.

I originally thought the two hole punching shafts would not retract fully and that made it almost impossible to pull the sheets of paper out of the hole punch. I later discovered that the little chrome "widget/gear" on the right-hand side (see photo) has to be in the proper position. That little chrome "widget/gear" is the device with which you can lock the hole punch down for shipping & storage. If you put the little "chrome/widget" in the position shown in the photo, the hole punch works perfectly. My bad!

one of the hole puncher is lower than the other which makes it hard at times to punch holes. I wanted to return it but kept it cuz i dont use it too much. It just takes little bit longer to get job done but it works & the price was good

I bought this to replace an older version of this product. It is built just as good and hopefully will last just as long. Seems to do the job well as I use it everyday.

Love the Comfort Handle. Had a large bulky two/three hole punch, but replaced it with small easy to use three hole and this two hole. These two take up about the same amount of space and I can keep them set where needed without have to adjust the screw type two/three hole punch constantly. For years I have used this at work and just take it for granted. It's become one of my "Best Buddy" kind of tools. With my busy schedule now, I use this one at home on a daily bases when the mail lady comes. Mail gets opened, check gets written, bill gets hole punched and put in file with prongs! Same with Receipts. Small Receipts get stapled to 8 1/2 No more digging and going crazy looking for receipts when I have to return something to a department store. Your tax accountant will love you for this. Instead of boxes and bags of receipts, or not having all of them, you just now hand over a few folders with receipts, bills, cc statements, bank statements, W2's, 1099's and so on, and it makes their job a lot easier.... AND saves you $$$$ as it takes them less time to sort though all the mess. I also purchased the new NEAT Desk Scanner. Haven't learned to use it yet, just got it set up... but will review it soon.

Tengan cuidado y revisen el estándar de carpetas de archivo que usan, por que la perforadora es más pequeña qué por ejemplo las carpetas de archivo verde de Office Depot, fue error mio por no verificar antes las medidas.

Had to send back as hole size not suitable for Aussies as we predominately use A4. I think this is american sizing.

Vendor needs to clearly state this doesn’t work with a4 ring binders as the holes are not far enough apart

Today, I learned that the US punches their holes differently. But of course they do. In other words, most of the world uses the standard 80mm hole width for their files. THIS, and I believe all the punchers under this brand, punches 70mm holes instead. This makes it unsuitable for use with the files sold locally in Singapore. The product itself is fine if you want to use it with 70mm files. It's unfortunate because they look like fine punchers.

La distancia entre las perforaciones que realiza no corresponde a la medida estándar de las carpetas convencionales, quedando los orificios más juntos y no es posible insertar adecuadamente en las carpetas. No es el producto que están buscando.
