My neck had been bothering me and I went to my doctor to find out what I could do. He told me it was arthritis and I needed to do some exercise. He told me to get these bands and to work with them twice a day and showed me what exercises to use. I have been doing this for a week now and everything seems to be getting a little better. I highly recommend them. They should be something that everyone has in the house just in case they need them.

I'm a beginner so these are perfect for me to get started with. They provide a good amount of resistance. They may be a little flimsy (not sure as I'm not familiar with other brands), but for the price, you can't go wrong! I would definitely recommend if you want to take baby steps into the world of exercise.

These bands are great, but I wish they were longer. I have short arms, but the bands are still short for the exercises I perform.

Awesome! I have been going to Physical Therapy following rotator cuff surgery. The PT has gotten most of my flexibility back and started to improve my strength. Several of the exercises involved resistance bands like these. Since my authorized PT is ending, these bands allow me to continue my rehabilitation at home. The variety of strengths allows me to progress as my body improves. The bands are almost identical to what the PT facility offers and the length of them is long enough to do many types of exercises.
