ColumbiaMen's Glennaker II Sherpa Lined Jacket

I struggled to find a nice spring/fall jacket. I tried many and this one is definitely my favorite until now. I wear small and the fit is almost perfect.

The fit is a bit snug, the color is not as vibrant as described, and worried about my neck, getting wet due to the nonsecure hood

Bought for my dad. He is very happy with the fit and style of this jacket

Overall quality is fine, the surface material is a bit hard

This jacket is lightweight but thick, has a warm and soft inner lining that will help to protect from the elements. It’s fits great, and still leaves ample room if you need to layer underneath. It’s made well and seems like it will last for a long time. Definitely holds up against the rain!

Columbia is a very good outdoor brand. I’ve had success and have been very satisfied by their design, function and quality.I can say the same with this glennaker fleece rain jacket. I have an unlined glennaker and the fit on that is a bit big. I think columbia may have fixed their sizing to match modern fit. Im 5’7” and usually get clothes in small. I got this jacket in small and it fits perfectly. Keeps the rain out and the cold out.

I wanted to get an updated "winterish" jacket for my wardrobe. I searched Amazon and found the Columbia Men's Glennaker Ii Sherpa Lined Jacket. It appeared to have the desired features, so I ordered it.The item arrived quickly. It was nicely packaged in a sealed plastic bag. Inside the bag was the Columbia jacket. The jacket was folded inside the bag, but it came out in good shape and I found no defects or damage.The jacket is stylish and well-tailored. The sizing is accurate, and the jacket fits as expected. The jacket is not quite as heavy as a full winter coat, but it is lined to provide warmth for the colder seasons. However, for the coldest months, the fit is roomy enough to add a sweater, sweatshirt, or hoodie underneath for added warmth. I actually prefer to dress in layers, so they can be adjusted depending on what's happening outdoors. The water-resistant material, attached hood, adjustable waistband, and adjustable sleeve closures are added features that I typically find from Columbia outerwear.This is a great jacket, and I recommend it.
