No tears, just a dream come true
I absolutely love the sunscreen. It does have a decent cast to it so anyone of a deeper complexion or a warmer undertone beware. However, it is a mineral sunscreen. I will say I just expect that when using full mineral sunscreens, so I don’t attract points since I use this on a daily basis under my make up I’m not wearing this to the beach with nothing else looking like a ghost. With that in mind, it’s wonderful. It wears well. Under makeup. Doesn’t seem to disrupt any foundation. I put on top of it dries down really nicely and doesn’t break up on my very oily skin. And the biggest bonus for me is that even if it gets in my eyes, my eyes don’t sting which happens to me a lot with other sunscreens.

Holy grail sunscreen!
What a pleasant, light sunscreen. I find other sunscreens like Anessa, Neutrogena, CeraVe, and La Roche Posay too oily for my face (no matter how much they claim to be non-greasy). Chemical sunscreens like Biore look great, but the alcohol can smell strong and be a bit drying in colder weather. This sunscreen is JUST RIGHT! I've never had a physical sunscreen sit this lightly on my face. Sometimes I'll use setting powder on top for a more matte finish, but I can also wear no powder and still feel glowy, not greasy. I love it!

Great matte sunblock
So close to being perfect but it's a great product. It's so light, works well under makeup, not a strong smell. The only thing is that it takes a little while to blend in since it's a white product and can be a little chalky feeling at first. But what a great sunblock that does not leave me shiny.

Spending Money to Make You Look Old
Do not buy this. When you first put it on, the white cast will fade and it will look nice. However, throughout the day, it will suck moisture from your skin making you look ten years older by the end of the day. I tried layering hydration sprays over it, but it just made me look old, tired, and oily. Would give zero stars. Maybe it’s better for very very young skin, but a no go for 30+.

Light yet effective
I purchased this sunscreen at the recommendation from a friend and have been using it for a few months now and I love how light and non sticky it feels on your skin. It glides on like a milky lotion without any trace of greasiness or white streaks.

Rash and lack of transparency of what's actually in the product
Caused a fine rash on both forearms and neck within hours! Has some pretty bad ingredients, none of which they show on the listing! You have to dig to see what's really in this product. I rarely break out with sunscreens but this one the rash is still there a month later!

Hace bolas cuando se mezcla con alguna crema y deja blanca la cara
No , me gustó.Este producto deja la cara blanca , cuando lo pones después de tu skin care se hace pelotas .No me gustó 😔había leído buenos comentarios pero a mí en lo personal no me funcionó. Si están buscando un buen bloqueador solar este seguro NO lo es

Can't believe a mineral sunscreen can go on so well! But it does! It really does!
I have to use mineral sunscreens as I am pale as a ghost and was diagnosed with melanoma a few years ago. Luckily I'm clear of it now, but if you develop one melanoma, you have a very good chance of having another one. Mineral sunscreens' active ingredient (usually zinc oxide) does not degrade in the bottle or on your skin and it provides both A & B coverage. So I slather it on every day, rain or shine,But oh what a slog. I have been through so many. It's usually like smearing not quite room temperature butter over your skin, it's impossible to blend in and feels like a sticky mess. Trying to put on makeup over is not much fun either as it either grips it and won't allow you to blend it, or it smears all over. And I know I'm white as a piece of paper, but these sunscreens are whiter than me. And it shows. I've found a couple of good ones over the years, but they always change the formula to add something like Alumina - which has given me terrible chemical burns (I'd prefer a sunburn) or Octocrylene, which has been identified as a health hazard and is actually banned in some countries. While Etude Surprise has neither of these ingredients, I felt like kicking myself when the bottle arrived. It was sooooo small. For $17.00? I was mad at myself for not checking how much product I'd get.Now I am SOOOO glad I did not check because I never would have bought Etude Surprise and I would have missed out on this stellar sunscreen. You have to shake the bottle to be sure the product is well mixed, but once you do it comes out as a light liquid - which seems wrong because most sunscreens are so different - until you apply it to your skin. It smooths on and spreads to cover brilliantly. No white cast at all. It dries down (and after just the right amount of time so you can cover your skin easily, but still put on makeup right away) to....well, what looks and feels like your healthy natural skin. I suppose it's slightly matte, because I wasn't greasy like a pig or shining like a disco ball. But it didn't feel dry or tight, just comfortable. And I don't think I've put on makeup this easily, using such small amounts, with full color and coverage payoff - and absolutely NO smearing or stuck clumpy product. I look beautiful, if I must say so myself. This will be my sunscreen forever (unless they change the formula) and I beg them never ever to do such a thing!
