Good chair for long working hours
Good chair. Comfortable for sitting and working for long hours.Comes in easy to assemble kit form that doesn't need much expertise to handle.The adjustable back and head support are very helpful.The finish could have been better. The moulded plastic parts have some sharp edges that could have been finished better.

Excellent Ergonomic Support with Sleek Design
I’ve been using this office chair for a few weeks now, and it's been a great experience so far. It’s comfortable enough to get me through long hours at my desk without back pain, and the support feels just right. The seat’s firm but not too hard, and I like that I can adjust the height and armrests easily. The chair also looks very good in blue. Definitely happy with it!

Good chair coming from a brand like Green Soul
I opted for the mid variant of chair in this model from GreenSoul as my past experience with a different brand was very bad. Have been using for a month now. So far seems good, hope it continues to work as expected. The relief with this chair is the 5 year warranty that assures you piece of mind. I am hoping to use this product without issues for good amount of time and my next purchase will be based on my experience with this one.

Average chair with average build quality and poor customer service
Chair build quality is average and not great. Also the Multi-synchro lock mechanism is not smooth and lock is not stable at 90 and 120 degree positions i.e. it still reclines at these positions. Also, they mention that the lift is Class-4, but no-where on the lift it is mentioned. The chair has no branding except on the seat. So you are not sure which part is actually correct part and belong to your chair.Now coming to the delivery: I received a box which was torn and dirty and was in bad shape with even no proper tape on it. While I opened all the parts were lying without any packaging, and while close inspection of box I found there are 2 Shipping labels, It was shipped earlier and returned by customer and then was sent to me. I was shipped with defective/wrong backrest and head rest, and when contacted the Green Soul customer service they refused to provide any help and asked to contact Amazon. It took me 3 days to connect the customer service as every time hen I did call, there was a message-we are not available at this time . Certainly this chair is not good in this segment and also as the customer support is poor, you will not have mental peace. Better shell out some extra bucks and go with reputed and reliable brand like featherlite.
