Tastes disgusting for a second but since I started this, my indigestion has stopped and no longer need my omaprazel for it. It was worth a try and definitely works. I can even have coffee again.

Good product but you will only benefit if you cut out weat and sugar. This all depends on the severity of your issues ect. Sometimes felt like it made a big difference and at other times not so much and I think it's because I'm eating the foods that are cussing gas, bloating and intestinal inflammation

I brought this product because I heard it could help with digestion and heartburn, I was quite sceptical but it has worked a treat, i personally take 2 a day, morning and night and the difference has been remarkable

As a disclaimer, I am on a handful of supplements already so whether or not this is conflicting with something (which it shouldn't anyway) I have unfortunately found myself more prone to migraines recently since taking these.I've stopped taking them for two days and my migraines have eased. As someone who is active and health focussed, this really did take me by surprise.I am determined to implement these into my daily tablets so I think I will try once more in a fortnight and update my review from there.

Taken for a month haven’t noticed a huge change but they do help a little. The pack is easy to use and doesn’t take up to much space.
