Bought for a family member on their 40th birthday

Nice taste, great for party or barbeque, nice size bottle, best on market for a quality drink.

Love it for the summer evenings, mixed with lemonade and strawberry and mint leaves added - very refreshing. I am usually a red wine, rum or cider drinker but find myself turning to this a lot :)

Despite the popularity of Pimm's it is only this summer that I have finally managed to try it, and I have to say that it is very good. It makes a very tasty and refreshing summer drink that goes down well, and the only downside that I have found is its strength; it doesn't feel or taste like an alcoholic drink when it's mixed but at 25% it doesn't take much of it to make me feel light-headed. I think it is great for enjoying in the garden on a sunny afternoon but I've also packed a bottle for this weekend when I'll be away with friends spreading the joys of Pimm's.

I bought this on offer at £7.98 and £1 for shipping which I was very pleased with! My mum and I are both fans of Pimms, as are a lot of the British public once the sun pops out for 5 minutes. This is very refreshing as a punch drink mixed with lemonade and the usual fruit of berries, cucumber, orange, mint etc. It's not too strong either so you can enjoy a few and still not feel like you've had too much which is great. However!!! Contrary to popular belief Pimms can also be enjoyed as a nice festive drink during the winter too! Just mix with a bit of warm apple juice, cinnamon sticks, apple and orange slices (and a bit of brandy if you're feeling brave) and you have a comforting drink to welcome the Christmas season.

Wer den britischen Sommer schmecken will, braucht Pimm’s! Ich habe den Likör für eine Gartenparty bestellt – mit Ginger Ale, frischer Minze, Gurke, Erdbeeren und Zitrone serviert – einfach genial. Er ist nicht zu süß, angenehm kräuterig und super erfrischend – ein echter Geheimtipp für warme Tage. Auch pur auf Eis gar nicht schlecht, aber in Kombination entfaltet er erst sein volles Potenzial. Preislich völlig okay für die Qualität – wird definitiv wieder bestellt, sobald die Flasche leer ist (und das wird sie bald sein 😄).

そのままストレートで飲むと25度とは思えないサッパリ系で軽いお酒な感じです。 ほろ苦さは自分的には養命酒的な後味に感じました。 気軽にトニックウォーターやジンジャエールで割ってみました。 やや甘みのある炭酸で割ると美味しかったです。 生フルーツでなくてもオレンジなんかのフルーツ系ジュースを加えると真価を発揮する気がします。 薬酒やハーブ酒好きな人は一度試されると良いと思います。
