Da URBAN Merlion Office Chair,High Back Mesh Ergonomic Home Office Desk Chair with 3 Years Warranty, Adjustable Armrests,Adjustable Lumbar Support,Tilt Lock Mechanism (Red)

Within few months of regular use by a student, there was an Issue with the hydraulic of the chair. The customer service was excellent for replacement of faulty parts. Thank you.

Great after-sales support from Da URBAN. The backrest frame on my Merlion office chair cracked within a couple of weeks of use, but when I raised a warranty claim the team responded quickly and shipped the replacement parts - full backrest including the mesh and headrest - within just 5 days. The support staff (Vaishali) was helpful throughout and also assured me that any future issues within the 3-year warranty period will be handled the same way. Really happy with how smoothly the whole process went. The chair itself is comfortable and good value, and knowing the warranty is genuinely honoured makes it an easy recommendation.

I bought this chair in February 2026, and after using it for several months, I can honestly say I’m very happy with it.Recently, in September, one side of the chair broke because I tend to lean on it quite a lot. At first, I thought I would have to buy a replacement chair, so I contacted Da Urban to ask about purchasing a replacement part.To my surprise, their customer service told me that the part was covered under warranty and that they would send me a replacement. They actually delivered the replacement part within just four days. The customer service was genuinely amazing, and the warranty support was much better than I expected. As for the chair itself, I’ve been using it for months and have always been very comfortable with it. Even after the part broke, I never actually wanted to replace the chair because I really like the chair overall.Very satisfied with both the chair and Da Urban's after-sales service. If you're considering buying this chair, the warranty support is definitely a big plus.
