Hot Tub Steps!
These hot tub steps have been great to have. No set up required I just set them outside! The top step has storage which has been so nice to have for some of the things needed for upkeep just right there. They are a perfect fit and the colors match our hot tub so well it's crazy they didn't come together.

Used for garage steps
These steps look really nice and are sturdy enough for us. Also is easy to clean compared to the wooden step we had before. Assembly wasn’t the funnest be prepared to be annoyed lol especially if you’re trying to be kind of quiet 😂 overall I recommend.

Helps me feed the birds
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this because it was waterproof (not wood) and it had storage build in. Great buy for me. I did not use it for a spa, I used it to step up to a bird feeder I had in my window. Very convenient

Sturdy and easy to assemble
Work well. Actually use them to get in and out of shed and they work well. Light enough to easily lift into shed when done. Needed something portable because mice kept going under the permanent ramp. This has solved the problem. Very sturdy and I could assemble with no issues

Nice wide steps
As others have noted, some of the pilot holes were missing, which really slows you down, and the alignment of them doesn't always seem right, but that was only in the bin area, so not terribly important for the integrity of the steps. I have put together a lot of assemble yourself items, and the process (not the final product) for this was substandard. It took an hour and a half to do and should have taken much less time. The steps themselves were together and solid in about 45 minutes, working carefully without a power tool, and then it took an additional 45 minutes to screw in the storage liner. It would have been easier if I'd anticipated the problem and made the pilot holes while the parts were unassembled, which I should have done given the number of reviews that mention this. The instructions could be better, but I didn't find them too problematic, probably because I have done a number of Ikea items, and those don't even have words. No parts were missing, no extras were provided, but I count and line up all the things I'll be needing before I start, and read through the instructions. There's an odd repetition that had me puzzled, but not too much was missing. Overall, our first impression is that these steps are solid and functional and look okay. Only time will tell how long they will hold up to our vicious north Texas weather extremes.

Beware!!!!!!!! Weight Limit Is NOT as stated.
We got these stairs and put them together. They feel a little iffy so we reviewed the instruction manual that came with the stairs. It States weight limit is 300 pounds. Clearly the ad for these stairs make a big deal about that fact they will hold 400 pounds. When asked the question to the company on if they were a 400 lb limit or a 300 lb limit they stated: Our product limit is 400 lbs and normal weight capacity is 300 lbs. So which is it. 400 or 300. I feel this is fraudulent advertising. We wanted to get something very strong because we have people that will use it once in a while that are of larger size. Now that we have went to the trouble of putting this together we find a problem.
