I have a terrible time with ear wax and add swimming to that and it gets worse. It took using this product several times but it cleaned my ears out and I can hear normally again! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worked perfectly. Was miserable for 7 days unable to hear after I stupidly tried to clean my ear with a q-tip. Ordered the Ear wax MD and it was a life saver. Left the solution in my ear for 30 minutes then rinsed with the bulb using warm water. Huge chunk of wax came out and I am grateful to be able to hear again.

Product did not work . Actually made the problem worse. Now I have swimmer ear. Do not buy . Waste of money .Update:I had to go to urgent care to get an ear irrigation. I was also prescribe pain meds and antibiotics. Please be careful with this product . It made everything worse. The doctor said it melted the wax on my eardrums which gave me muffled hearing and swimmers ear. I tried using the bulb to flush it out but the wax was too deep. The doctor told me this stuff can cause serious ear damage .

works good. does not foam like another brand. let sit in ear for 30 minutes. then rinse.

This product was completely successful. My ear has been impacted with wax for months. I had an appt to clear the wax and ended up cancelling the appointment. 15 minutes cleared it per the instructions. No pain or discomfort in my case.I highly recommend it.
