Excellent Windows 11 Pro home PC
I bought this with 32 GB of RAM and 1TB SSD with Windows 11 Pro already installed. This computer is super fast and is very easy to set up. There are a few things that take some getting used to, but overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade their computer from Windows 10. It is so small and quiet, I love it. See to the left of my monitor, the silver box, that's the computer!

A Good Buy
For $509 with 32GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, a high end gaming laptop CPU, and Windows Pro you can't go wrong. Some things to note: 1. It does not have a dedicated GPU so this is not meant for gaming. 2. It handles two monitors with ease, but I had to purchase an HDMI to Display Port adaptor for my second monitor as it only has one port for each type. 3. If you plan to use Samsung's Galaxy Connect app with this forget it, the app requires an Intel WIFI chip, but the computer has a Realtek adapter. 4. Bitlocker did not work out of the box, I had to create a Secure Boot key in the system BIAS. It then worked without issue. 5. It is easily upgradable. The model I purchased came with two 16GB RAM cards and one 1TB SSD with a free slot for a 2nd SDD which I easily added. The memory cards can also be easily removed and replaced when upgrading the memory. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

All around great PC. Does everything I need.
I purchased this pc to replace my laptop that I was using to run my virtual call center. I needed something reliable and fast with massive storage. The Kamrui was just the computer I needed. It's small sleek design allows for minimum space on the desk or can be mounted on back of a monitor out of the way. Just be sure to dust often to keep it clear of debris. When I first received my pc I had some issues with the ssd card crashing into the BIOS screen. After multiple troubleshooting fails, I had to reach out to the seller as I was out of my return window. I worked closely with the seller who listen and executed a seemless return replacement for me. They made what could of been a horrible experience simple. My replacement is working 100% with no issues. When you work hard and spend your money you hope for great quality and great customer service and this mini pc and the seller achieved this. Will be purchasing another when my husband is ready to upgrade his office pc.

Good customer service,Power button kept sticking.
Recommended, good customer service. The power button kept sticking if pushed in from the bottom of the button. Kamrui sent me a replacement pc within a week of returning defective pc. Nice mini gaming pc for the $$$.

Unsafe with Stock OS, at minimum
Be very VERY cautious with these and any other straight-off-the-boat from a new manufacturer boxes. This one for example had "MapNtSrv" (sounds legitimate right? That's not a typo, it just sounds like other real services) baked into a custom svchost.exe group... i.e. manufacturer installed in the OS... something... but considering it was using Applife to try to repeatedly call home, I don't think that something was friendly. If you want to risk it. Scrub the drive, delete the partitions, install your own OS. I can't promise what might be snuck in at hardware level, but the OS it comes with can't be trusted. This was very deliberately obscured and not part of Windows.

A Power House built in a Cube
Very impressive, mini pc fast and responsive. Best value for the money. I would recommend the Kamari H2 to those who are looking for more performance than what the usual name brand vendors have to offer.

Works Like a Charm Running Zorin
This will be a detailed but limited review. I did not attempt to boot into Windows nor did I use the provided SSD. I initially booted into the Zorin distro of Linux off a Type C Gen 3.2 USB drive. The installation worked perfectly. All of the hardware was discovered automatically, and I could use both the wired Ethernet and the internal WiFi adapters without any difficulty. Both my HP LaserJet and my HP Deskjet were discovered automatically. My soundbar works as does Zoom. My OLED monitor is running at 3840 x 2160 at 60hz (it runs at 120hz with my Ryzen 7 desktop). So far, everything works including DropBox, Libre Writer for editing files generated by Microsoft Word 365, both Thunderbird and Evolution for checking email, and multiple browsers including Brave (my new favorite). I would be happy to continue to run Zorin off my fast USB drive. I replaced the internal SSD with a 1gb DDR4 SSD that I had on hand, reinstalled Zorin, and everything continues to work off the new SSD. I've already largely transitioned to Linux on my desktop computers, but for what I do (read email, watch YouTube videos, browse the Internet, and edit Word documents), this mini pc is snappy and fully supports my needs. I have no reason to believe Windows 11 will have problems or that the initial SSD does not work fine. (I can try Windows by reinstalling the initial SSD.) The mini pc opens without difficulty from the bottom and both the SSDs and the RAM slots are easily accessible. This is my first mini pc and it is a big win. I ordered two more expensive models from Amazon to see if they were worth the extra cost. The first did not turn on and the second was virtually impossible to open. Because this model only came with a single stick of RAM, I wanted to add a second. But accessing the RAM slots likely would break wires going to the internal WiFi card, so I stopped and am sending it back. At this point, I'll stay with the Kamrui H2 Mini PC i5 14450HX 16GB/512GB. It ain't broke, so I'm not fixing it (except for expanding the storage).
