A really great product. Made of good quality and best of all allows me to still use the hand. I had de quervain’s. When wrapped around tightly it fully healed my symptoms.

This fits more comfortably than other spicas I tried. With others I could still move my thumb but this one holds it in place and allowed better healing.

Using this for de Quervain tenosynovitis & it is helping considerably, supporting the thumb & reducing unexpected movement. I've now used this on left & right hands/thumbs & it holds up well to daily use. The metal bar is a bit uncomfortable over the wrist joint, but it can be bent a bit to the individual hand and/or cushioned with a gauze bandage. Size chart is accurate & allowed me to pick the correct size the 1st time.

I got the smallest size and that too is very loose to fit my wrist and velcro was good initially and after a week's use velcro is not doing that great. I tried 3 different brands before buying this. This brace is great comparative to other brands and models.

Great brace for quervain.

This is perfect for me. Very comfortable!! Definitely recommend this brace.

I ordered this in size S/M and it was still way too big - The Velcro straps are long enough that they completely miss where they are supposed to Velcro on to, and though the brace comes with strap extensions to make the brace larger (which in my opinion would make the brace huge for what is supposed to be their "small"), the forearm strap with extension barely meets the Velcro on the other side of the brace and the extension for the wrist strap is so small that even with the extension it can't reach the Velcro on the other side. For reference, I am an adult woman and I am aware my wrists are a little on the smaller side, but I had my boyfriend with much thicker wrists try it on and the straps were still almost too big for his wrists as well. Beyond that, it's just really uncomfortable, I am used to having to wear braces for lomh stretches of time due to having CTS and De Quervain's, but the mesh lining inside this brace is very harsh and scratchy and I was unable to wear it for more than about 10 minutes before having to remove it due to it running my skin almost raw. As far as positives go, the metal insert is very sturdy and not flexible, which is important to me as my goal is to keep my wrist and thumb straight, and I really like that the metal insert is on the side of the brace rather than in the middle and that the palm is left open, meaning I can use a computer mouse (needed for my job) much easier than with most braces. All in all I really wanted to love this brace and was really excited about it, but it just seems impossible to actually wear. If it at least fit I would have given it at least 3 stars even with how scratchy and uncomfortable it is but considering their smallest size is still too large for an adult woman to wear at all I feel that 2 stars is generous.
