The phone did not have a memory card, hence the memory quickly ran out and the battery life was non existent. I thought it must have been faulty and requested either a replacement or a refund. I was sent a replacement, again, photocopied booklet and no memory card, but I used the card from my old phone and charged the replacement. The first few days it seemed ok, then I switched it off to save battery life and cant switch it back on again!!
