With all the bad press of seed oils, black seed oil is actually good for your overall health and skin. This is made from Black Cumin seed oil with a special process that does not loss concentration of the oil in each capsule. No bad taste as black seed oil gummies have. Feel better since I started this supplement.

I originally started taking black seed oil as a liquid tincture - I do not suggest doing that... it's awful. Happy to have found these relatively inexpensive capsules of black seed oil, so I don't have to gag through taking the tinctures. It's always hard to say whether or not things like this are working, it doesn't happen overnight. Hoping it works just as well as the liquid form.

So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 75% full, which isn't too bad nowadays.If used as directed it will last two months.The expiration date on mine is May 23, 2027, so a little more than 2.5 years from now.The softgels have a light herbal (?) scent and taste which is not unpleasant, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says GMP-certified and bottled in the USA (not sure what that means about the manufacturing). The product page says non-GMO and 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and website, and they have an entry on Google Maps with it as well. The hellolovely site (it's dot net, not com) is functional - it has their products and a contact page. I would like an About page with information on their sourcing and manufacturing. Some information on the company is also nice to see.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients. I am seeing the basics here that should be seen with every supplement company, but feel like the supplement is quality so I'm giving it four stars, even though I think there needs to be more transparency, especially with sourcing and manufacturing.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
