There is no fit guide, but if you have a factory crossbar, and it is approx. 10" or longer, this should go right over it.

Will this fit 7/8" bars

Yes, as long as you have adult size handlebar with a crossbar. The pad is probably too wide for a youth or ATV style handlebar. I have one on a Rental bar which is 31.5 inches wide.
