I like it so much, I bought another one. This makes working out so much easier!!! I have one for my 45/15 second workouts and another one for my 30/10 second workouts. I don't like having to keep resetting it when I change from routines to my other workout. I'll probably get another one to carry with me when I start going to the gym. This is a purchase that I use everyday and has made workouts MUCH better.

I love this interval timer. Does exactly what I am looking for. The only suggestion would be that they make the interval "beep" louder or maybe do 3 "beeps". The alarm at the end of the intervals is perfect.Even though the interval beep is not exactly what I would like, this product meets all my other requirements. I ended up buying two more of these for other family members.

Size of display, flexability and table top flexability. Many setting options. Initially complicated to set and then common sense.

This sat on my desk for a while because my first attempt to use it was puzzling. Read the instructions, or watch the video that customer Scott posted (but start about halfway in, after he installs the batteries). What you need to know:To turn it on, press and hold the MODE button. There's no power marking.It has three modes: A count up timer, a count down timer, and the timer that is unique and the reason you would buy this product, the pomodoro timer. Press MODE until you see the big circle, which signifies Pomodoro mode. Use the right-left lever to choose what you want to set and the up-down to change the number, then the OK button to say you're ready to rock. Set how many rounds, how much time you want to work in each round, how much time to rest. Press OK again to start and you get a beep when it's time to work, time to rest.Simple once you know how and the user interface is easier to remember than it is to learn.It works and it's easy to use.

Paid $18.99 after coupon - don't pay more or you'll feel bad about it. At the time I'm writing it sells for $16 and change.Evaluated for suitability as an interval workout timer:Pomodoro timer - countdown is just 3 seconds to start the program, and there is no accompanying beeps to alert you to start.At the end of each work period and rest period there is either a beep, or 3 quick chirps. Not very loud so you may have to forego the earbuds or keep the music volume down, or pay attention to the digital countdown while you are working out... Once again, the volume is weak, and non-adjustable although there are a dozen other things that you can adjust. Are you going to hear it every time over the slam of a battle rope or slam ball? Doubt it.The countdown digits could be larger, and the general info digits could be smaller and out of the way. Would be easier to read the pertinent time info at a quick glance. 99% of the time what is it that you're looking for when you check your digital clock or watch? It's not an "M" or an "S" or a battery life indicator - this stuff is just in the way of what you really need to see on this unit.I'm not blown away by the execution here, we're well into the 21st Century now... companies need to do their research in order to be competitive. If a selling point is that this item can serve you well as a fitness timer, there's a few things that could have been improved at no increase in components, materials, or design.There is a User Manual and a "Pomodoro Instruction", both of which have basically the same info but in a different format. Just one manual on a slightly bigger sheet of paper makes better sense.
