Don’t waste your money
No effect whatsoever. Been using it for months without noticing any difference. Only reason for the two stars would be for the quality of product and the added taste to my hot tea/water. Sleeping the same and have the same energy levels. No to little help with that. Update: even though this product was t for me, their customer service is fantastic!
