It's great to find a quality Shilajit in the 4OZ size. Also, if you know Shilajit you already know it's the worst tasting stuff in the world. This product actually tastes good right from the jar. This is my second order and since the price is so good I buy four at a time. It comes from the Gilgit region at 18,000' so if that's true it's the real deal. It's taste is so good I find myself taking too much but it's a big jar lol
