I researched quite a lot of dip bars before choosing these. We wanted the option to attach them together if needed, but also be able to place them together to store them in a smaller space. Turns out they are sturdy enough to not really need the attachments. I am using them for dips, L-sit, planche, and inverted rows. Inverted rows are sturdy after finding your center of gravity under the bar. This is also the first bar I have found where I can nicely do Australian bicep curls... it is slippery enough that your grip can slide while curling and a good thickness.Assembly was simple and straightforward. I opted not to install the grip tape.I am 6 ft tall, 150 pounds and there is no deflection in the bar while using even with 1 arm exercises. My kids use it too for gymnastics type exercises such as straight bar dips.Overall a great addition to a home gym.

These dip bars are very sturdy and great for workouts. I use them for dips, elevated push ups, inverted rows, holds, and L sit practice, as well as knee crunches.They feel very sturdy when they are bolted together. You can use it on carpet, but it’s better on a hard firm floor. It’s a great home gym equipment piece if you live in an apartment or even a larger space.Add some kettle bells and a door pull-up bar and you’ve got a lot of exercises that you can do. The tubing feels thick and very sturdy. I would guess the diameter of the bars is 2 inches or so.I have no regrets for the purchase and in fact, I love them! Stay hard.

A lot of competing products like my old ones only have one cross bar. I've been using it for a few months now multiple times a week and it's held up really well. The build quality is excellent I get the feeling it will last me a long time.

I relentlessly shopped around and could not be happier with my decision. Other than one of the stickers on one bar immediately coming off, this is easily a 10/10 product. The only thing I would wish for would be the option to raise and lower for different heights. I am very short <5' and cannot do dips without a platform to elevate myself. But at the same time, not having the height changing ability makes it feel that much more sturdy. Even for my +6' / 200+ husband.I would 100% recommend.Assembly was a breeze. Value is great.
