Great quality boning knife!
Have been using this boning knife for several months. Still as sharp as the day i got it. Very sharp, very well balanced and hefty knife. Love using it. Just be very careful as its extremely sharp. Love this knife.

Ein sehr scharfes, hochwertiges Messer. Es sieht edel aus, liegt gut in der Hand und bereichert meine Messerauswahl in der Küche. Zur Aufbewahrung liegt es in einer Schachtel mit Deckel.

Works great! This is the first fillet knife I’ve ever purchased that wasn’t part of a cheap knife set, so I can’t compare to any of the more renowned brands, but it is very sharp and gets the job done. I can debone chicken legs quarters and bone-in breasts way faster than when I was using a chef’s knife. Highly recommended!
