I was nervous to purchase this reformer (or any reformer for that matter) as I’d never used one before and I didn’t know if I’d even like it. I’ve done mat Pilates in the past but felt like I needed more.The set up only took me about 30 minutes and was very straightforward if you watch the video. The product feels sturdy and I don’t ever feel like it won’t hold my weight. In terms of folding it back up it’s nice and easy as well and doesn’t take up too much space. It’s not too heavy but definitely awkward to bring in the box from outside by yourself. I’m 5’1 and feel like this is the perfect size for me in terms of length of the track and also the mat. I don’t know how well it would do for someone much taller though.I love that there are springs + cords for resistance because I don’t feel like I will max it out right away. In terms of the workout I feel that there is so much I’m able to do on here for full body that I didn’t even think of before.As someone with chronic illness and POTS I feel like this is very friendly for me to use. I used to hate working out and would get weak too fast, but since I’ve gotten this I’ve been able to work out 45 mins to an hour easily now which is very rare for me. I actually look forward to using the machine! It’s quiet and I do agree that the straps are a little long, but I manage.TL;DR - great value, highly functional, sturdy, quiet, makes exercise fun, and is Atticus (dog) approved!

I had real high hopes and everything was going good till the rubber on the wheels of the carriage came off after 8 uses. Company will not get back to you on replacement parts. If it was not for the fact that the wheels are junk I would have gave a better review.

Best investment 👌 🙌 very heavy for any one doing this at home have this in mind so that you don't hurt yourself while putting it together it was easy it's very good value for the price very functional amazing core workout

It's a very sturdy machine, the shoulder pads are not the greatest and the staps will definitely fray, but all else is very nice. Warning.... if sent via FedEx it will take forever to receive it.

I LOVE my new Reformer. It was easy to put together (with the help of one of the videos) and it is very sturdy. I lile the dual springs and chords but the springs are difficult to get on and off...... So... I have been using my Reformer for 3 weeks now and the gliding action got bumpy after inspection, the rubber is falling off the right wheel!! Why not use quality wheels. Hoping I can get a replacement so I don't have to box this thing up and send it back!!! Ugh!! 😝☹️

I love my machine! It isn't so heavy that I can't fold it up and move it out of the way when needed. It comes exactly as pictured and with easy to understand assembly instructions. I look up workout videos on youtube and don't feel like I cant keep up even if my reformer isn't the same one as the instructors. I feel like I have plenty of room to grow with the versatility of the coils and bands. It is has great functionality to be used in a number of pilates exercises for strength training and toning.Overall I am very happy with purchase. It is a good quality machine and a great price point for those starting out.

OMG!! I surprised my daughter with this... we've been looking for a couple weeks online at a whole bunch of them, weighing the pros and cons. The main negative on this one was just the wheels everybody talked about the wheels.... the wheels.... the wheels... the wheels.... and the wheels are only in use when you move it from one place to another place for storage, it has nothing to do with when you're using it! I'm like who cares about the wheels. The reformer is so smooth, so easy to put together! my daughter loves loves loves loves loves it! Definitely recommend it to anybody. Happy exercising!

I started off loving it. then the wheel rubber fell off the wheel barrel, not just one wheel, but three wheels, making the carriage stick and unable to return to the foot bar. Not even a month into having the machine.
