Value for money
As an 80yr old with 4 hip replacements & unable to do usual exercises I found this rowing machine invaluable for cardio & leg exercise. It arrived promptly, was easily assembled & computer supplies all necessary information. Very quiet in operation & appears very sturdy.Would highly recommend.

Perfect for home gym

Nothing
If your looking to build muscles/ stamina with this machine, you're wasting your money, it doesn't test you , I'm an unfit 66 yr old and I was looking to get more fit and tighten my stomach muscles but even on no 8 it's too easy ,I'll keep it but I don't recommend the machine
