This primer builds great and sands like butter. This will be my go to from now on

This primer is great. I used it to clean up some bullseyes on my hood after fixing the peeling paint. I have used a good bit of primers in my time but I have never used a primer as thick as this. That is a good thing. High build is easy for sure. It's almost thick like a polyester sprayable filler. The hardener actually thins it out and makes it sprayable. Working time is very good and it dries fast. Was able to sand it 2 hours later. This is my new go to and only primer I am using.

Can be applied directly to metal. Can be used as a primer filler, primer surfacer, and primer sealer. When I use it as a filler I start blocking with 150 grit. It has very little shrinkage, sands decent, finish sands decent. For the money you can't go wrong.

Product is great, but first one I received was damaged and leaking. Seller was quick and responsive sending a replacement, but this one also arrived damaged severely around the rim, so can’t be resealed once opened.

Laid down very well with minimum texture using the 4:1 ratio. Maybe I’ll add the 4:1:1 to be a bit smoother. I used a 2.0 spray gun nozzle. This product is thick. Overall, I enjoyed spraying Upol High Build Primer.
